Mom’s Group
Mom’s Group is a way to provide education and fellowship to mothers to increase their understanding of how to help their children succeed in school, and they also provide resources for children. The ultimate aim of Mom’s Groups is to strengthen families and build a stronger, more tight-knit community.

Blanca is the Family Support Specialist and heads the Mom’s Groups at VMYDF. Working for VMYDF for over 10 years, she loves connecting people, and she strives to provide all possible resources to immigrant families to help them have a better experience in the United States.
